Heard Mr. K.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate for Opposite Party - State and Mr. B.P. Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the informant.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the bail application granting liberty to the Petitioner to move the learned S.D.J.M. afresh.

Considering such prayer, the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

It needs to be mentioned here that the interim orders passed in CRLMC No.1284 of 2022 have been vacated by order of this court dated 14th July, 2022.
