This is an application for extension of time. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 4.
The reconstruction file has been filed by the petitioner is accepted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to illness of the petitioner, he could not surrender before the learned court below. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 6.
Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 19.07.2022, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below on or before 10th of October, 2022. ( A.K. Mohapatra) Judge Jagabandhu
