Order No.

2.
None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.
In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.12.2014 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.4356 (C) of 2014, wherein the tribunal has observed that no statutory rule has been violated by extending the duration of training course from four months to one year and it is up to the State, i.e., the Forest Department to decide the modality and duration of such training and unless statutory are violated there can be no cause for intervention. Therefore, the allegation of discrimination has not been meted out.
4.
This Court is of the opinion that the Tribunal has rightly dismissed the O.A. filed by the petitioner. Hence, we do not find any justification to interfere with the order of Tribunal. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Arun/Bichi (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (SAVITRI RATHO) JUDGE
