Vide Order dated 30.10.2019, an Order was passed directing the Appellant to take fresh steps for issuance of notice to the sole Respondent within a week, failing which the matter will be dismissed for default on the next date. 3.

As per the noting, till date no step has been taken for issuance of limitation of notice to the sole Respondent in terms of the Order dated 30.10.2019. That apart, as per the Stamp Reporting, there is a delay of 10 years and 83 days in filing the present Appeal.

In view of the previous peremptory Order dated 30.10.2019, the Appeal stands dismissed.
