This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No.17 of 2019, on the files of learned Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj, arising out of Kaptipada P.S. Case No.110 of 2018, under Sections 302/201/34 of I.P.C. and is in custody since 25.09.2018.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj, Baripada, by order dated 17.03.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Since admittedly the trial has commenced, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application. Thus, the same stands rejected.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
