This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical Mode).
This is an application for interim bail on the ground of ailment of the wife of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the State produced the written instruction dated 13.07.2022 received from the Inspector in-charge of Polasara Police Station in which it is mentioned as follows:- "With reference to the letter and BLAPL and case cited above, I have to honour to submit that during enquiry at village Banarama Chandrapur, the wife of the petitioner, namely, Puspa Nahak produced one OPD
// 2 // Ticket vide OPD No.4502 Dt.19.05.2022 of CHC, Kodala regarding her treatment. On producing this OPD ticket before local Doctor at CHC, Polsara, they told that Puspa Nahak is suffering from some Gynaecology problem.
Baring this OPD Ticket, the wife of the petitioner did not produce any other documents in support of her treatment.
On local enquiry no major issues came to notice relating to health condition of Puspa Nahak, wife of the petitioner of village Banaramachandrapur, P.S.
Polasara, Ganjam".
In view of the report furnished by the concerned Inspector in-charge, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on interim bail.
The prayer for interim bail stands rejected.
I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
