This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the learned J.M.F.C. (City), Cuttack for expeditious disposal of the G.R. Case No.1464 of 2011.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Since expeditious disposal of a case as a fundamental right of the Petitioner guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India as held in the case of Vakil Prasad Singh v. State of Bihar, reported in (2009) 3 SCC 355 by the Apex Court, this Court dispose of this petition with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C. (City), Cuttack to take all such steps including coercive steps, if required to procure the attendance of the witnesses, and also dispose of the G.R. Case No.1464 of 2011
