It is submitted by Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner that the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 in the matter of non-payment of bills even after completion of full work is still pending before the Opposite Party No.2.

Considering the submission made by Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court finds, this writ petition is premature at this stage. In the process, this Court directs the Collector, Sambalpur to take a lawful decision on the application of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 keeping in view the work order vide Annexure-1.

The entire exercise shall be completed providing opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 5.
