This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in the case arising out of Crime Branch STF P.S. Case No.20 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence under section 379/411/413/353/120-B/34 of the I.P.C. pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal, has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard Mr.S.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.S.K.Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record; further keeping in view the nature of gravity of the offences and its manner of commission as also the role assigned to the Petitioner therein as those

// 2 // emanate from the materials on record as well as other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

However, it is observed that in the event the occasion would so arise for consideration of the application for grant of regular bail to the Petitioner by the court in seisin of the aforesaid case, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law without being influenced by this order.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

The interim order dated 25.06.2021 stands vacated. (D. Dash), Judge.
