Since the auction notice was issued on 05.02.2014 for grant of Sand Siarat for a period of one year, i.e., 2014-2015 and, as such, the said period has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement/DTCN which is applicable to the Petitioner. 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
