3. The petitioner who is a vehicle owner of vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-16A-7144 challenges the notice to show cause dated 20.04.2022 vide penalty proceeding case No.(TRC) 1322/2022, notice of demand of M.V.
tax and penalty amount of Rs.73,080/- dated 20.04.2022 and the Certificate of Recovery dated 20.04.2022 for the period from 01.07.2018 to 31.12.2021 in respect of the aforesaid vehicle.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has instruction that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the Certificate amount of Rs.73,080/- as mentioned in Annexure-1 within a period of three weeks. On payment of the dues, the
// 2 // Certificate by Form-2 shall be satisfied.

The notice under Section 13(2) of OMVT Act 1975 shall be replied by the petitioner within a period of three weeks. The authority shall consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.

The current/up-to-date dues of taxes as would be calculated shall be accepted by the authority. 7.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
