This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for change of nomenclature from BLAPL to CRLA.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. After going through the averments taken in the interim application and particularly in view of section 14A of S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, I am inclined to accept the prayer made in this application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL be re-registered as CRLA and be placed before the assigned Bench.

The I.A. is disposed of.
