Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Being aggrieved by the Order dtd.21.05.2022 passed by the Learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar in T.R. Case No. 04 of 2013 for recalling P.W.1-Susanta Kumar Swain for reexamination. The present CRLMC has been filed under Section482 Cr.P.C. 4.

Perused the impugned order passed by the Learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar in T.R. Case No. 04 of 2013. This Court does not find any infirmity in the Order so as to

exercise its discretion under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. More so, as the case at hand is one under the Prevention of Corruption Act. 5.

The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed.
