This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present petitioner has filed this CRLMP for early direction of C.T. Case No.3812 of 2018 pending in the court of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar in Cr. T.R. No.156 of 2019 arising out of Khandagiri P.S. Case No.372 of 2018 punishable under Sections 376/384/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

As per the report dated 22.09.2022 submitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, the preliminary charge sheet was received on 16.09.2019 against the accused Biswajit Pattnaik and cognizance was taken on the same date. The case record received on transfer from the

// 2 // court of learned Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar on 16.10.2021. The case was posted on 14.11.2019 for framing of charge. As per the said report, the case was posted to 10.10.2022 for objection and hearing of the aforesaid petitions. 5.

Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar is directed to complete the proceeding in the above noted case at the earliest not later than 3 months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order and ensure that minimum or no adjournment shall be granted.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
