On the basis of instruction learned counsel for the State submits that notice was served on the informant on 15.7.2022. 3.
There is no appearance on behalf of the informant when the matter is called.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the BLAPL.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Since the petitioner is started to be in custody since 22.08.2019, this Court requests the learned court in seisin over the matter to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt/ production of certified
copy of this order failing which it shall be open to the petitioner to move afresh.
