Heard Ms. D. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nayak on behalf of Mr. B. Bhuyan, learned counsel for State (OPID).

Ms. Mahapatra prays for extension of time for surrender of the Petitioner on the ground that due to pre-engagement of the Tehsildar, the valuation certificate of landed properties could not be obtained in time.
3.
The time for surrender of the Petitioner is extended up to 23rd March, 2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted.

The I.A. is disposed of.
