Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners the name of the father of the Petitioner No.2 in the cause title page of the bail application is corrected as "Bula Pradhan" instead of "Budha Pradhan".

Necessary correction be carried out in the bail order accordingly. 6.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner No.2 be extended by fifteen days more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
