This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.561 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road, arising out of Korei P.S. Case No.126 of 2022, under Sections 498(A)/304(B)/302/34 of I.P.C. read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jajpur Road, by order dated 16.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

The consideration by the learned Court in seisin over the matter was during the course of investigation. 6.

The petitioners are at liberty to move the learned Court below after filing of charge sheet. The same shall be considered on

its own merits without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
