3. In this writ petition the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the competent authorities to take necessary steps for approval of the post of "Sanskrit Lecturer" in the D.S.M. +2 (Junior) College re-designated as Higher Secondary School as per the office order No. 15908 dated 22.10.2003 of the Regional Director, Bhubaneswar, Letter No. 5170 dated 23.07.2005, as well as the Notification dated 31.12.2014 of the Higher Education Department and the order dated 20.01.2022 in Appeal Case No. 15 of 2019 passed by the Hon'ble State

// 2 // Education Tribunal in consonance with the recommendation of the Managing Committee dated 29.09.2009 and the Letter No. 37 dated 29.04.2015 of the Principal of the College to the Director Higher Education. In such view of the matter, the petitioner has also filed a representation before the opposite party No.3 Director of Higher Secondary Education, Bhubaneswar and the said representation is still pending since 11.02.2022.

In view of pendency of such representation, the opposite party No. 3 Director of Higher Secondary Education, Bhubaneswar is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order keeping in view the Annexure-6 series, within a period of 45 days from the date of production/presentation of certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
