This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. B.K. Nayak, learned counsel appeared for the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present BLAPL with liberty to renew the prayer. 4.
It is stated that the petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2018 and the trial is progressing at a snail pace. 5.
Taking note of such submission, this Court directs the learned Court in seisin over the matter to conclude the trial within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

It shall be open for the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the event, the trial is not concluded within the time stipulated and the cause of delay is not attributable to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn. 8.
