This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. is filed for modification of the order dated 05.08.2022.

Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the recitals in the I.A., learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the petition in terms of the prayer.

In Paragraph-3 of the order stands substituted as under; "The petitioner is an accused in Special Case No.113 of 2021 on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Keonjhar arising out of Keonjhar Sadar P.S. Case No.527 of 2021 for offences under Section 366/376(3)/506/34 of IPC read with

Section of the POCSO Act read with Section 3(1)(r)/3(2)(v)/3(2)(va) of the SC and ST (PA) Act." 6.

Accordingly, the order stands modified and I.A. stand disposed of.

Other terms remain unaltered.
