This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last occasion. The defect as pointed out by Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed. The Petitioners were given one chance to remove the defect, but the Petitioners have failed to avail such chance today.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it appears that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
