The review petition has been registered before this Court on 18.10.2021 after being transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is not indicated whether the matter was ever taken up/pursued before the Tribunal. By filing the review application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 27.01.2003 passed in O.A. No.2853(C)/2002.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at present on behalf of the petitioner.
