I.A. No. 1098 of 2022 Order No 1.This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. A.A. Khan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in the I.A.

3. This is an application filed seeking modification of the order dtd.13.08.2022.

3. Considering the grounds taken, the prayer made in the I.A. is allowed.

4. In the 3rd line of Para 2 of the order dtd.13.08.2022, the word Claimants-Respondents be corrected as Insurer-Respondents. Similarly, in the 6th line of Para 3 of the order, MAC NO. 35/2018 be corrected as MAC No. 36/2018 and the Case No. mentioned in the bracket (181/2017-GDC) be corrected as (182/2017-GDC).

5. In view of the correction of the order made today, the InsurerRespondents is directed to pay the compromise amount within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
