Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the trial has not concluded. It may be concluded expeditiously to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

In view of the limited prayer advanced by learned counsel for the Petitioner, the trial of the case bearing G.R. Case No. 1297 of 2014 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak then be concluded expeditiously and the learned trial Court in seisin over the matter may dispose of the case within six months.
