1. From the office note, it appears that instead of the expressions "MACA No.741 of 2018", the same has been inadvertently mentioned in the order dated 22.12.2022 as "MACA No.741 of 2022".

2. In view of the above, the expressions "MACA No.741 of 2022" mentioned in the order dated 22.12.2022 be corrected as "MACA No.741 of 2018". The rest part of the said order remains unaltered. The certified copy produced by the counsel for Appellant be corrected accordingly.
