This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.22 of 2022, on the files of learned Additional Sessions Judge Cum Spl. Judge Keonjhar, arising out of Ghasipur P.S. Case No.259 of 2022, offences under Sections 363/376(3)/366/376(2)(n) of IPC read with Section 6 of POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Keonjhar, by order dated 18.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that notice has been served on the informant/victim on 06.07.2022.

Taking into account charge sheet has been filed on 04.05.2022 which is on record and tenor of the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim which has been annexed to the bail application, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
