This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate.

In view of the limited nature of grievances raised in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission without issuing notice to opposite parties 2, 3 and 4. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner after passing of the order of demolition by opposite party nos.2/3 i.e. order No.17681 dated 22.03.2022, he has moved the appellate authority by filing Misc. Case arising out of the Appeal No.2 of 2022. It is submitted that though the petitioner is in imminent threat of demolition of her house, the matter is not taken up.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the appellate authority shall take up the Misc. Case arising out of Appeal No.02 of 2022 and pass necessary orders considering the imminent threat of demolition of the petitioner's property as stated in the writ petition.

Status quo regarding property of the petitioner shall be maintained till disposal of the Misc. Case by the authority as indicated in paragraph-5 above.

The petitioner shall move the authority along with the certified copy of this order within seven working days. 8.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case in any manner whatsoever. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
