01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 06.01.2022 & 11.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.40720 of 2022.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing learned counsel for the Parties, this Contempt Petition is disposed of by granting one month further time to the Opp. PartiesContemnors to comply the order passed on 06.01.2022 & 11.02.2022. However, if the order is not complied with within the extended time, it will be held as deliberate violation of this Court's order.
