Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 1119 of 2022 arising out of Kissanagar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2022 pending on the file of learned JMFC(R), Cuttack, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 417/493/376 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Vigilance), Cuttack, by order dated 20.05.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed 5.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 4.05.2022. 6.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 7.

Considering the tenor thereof and taking into account filing of the Charge Sheet and the period of custody, this Court

directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
