This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 21st April, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in I.A. No.10 of 2021 (arising out of Crl.P. No.66 of 2021), whereby an application for interim maintenance filed by the Opposite Party was allowed.

In view of the subject matter of dispute, this RPFAM should have been registered as CRLMP.

Office may verify the same and convert the RPFAM to CRLMP.
