This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to prefer an appeal which is statutorily provided for in the Guidelines relating to Anganwadi Worker.

Taking into account such submission, it is directed that, if the petitioner prefers to file an appeal as undertaken before the Additional District Magistrate, Ganjam, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the affected parties.

Since the matter is disposed of at the stage of admission, it shall be open to opposite party No.6 to seek variance. 6.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
