2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Petitioner has not been charge sheeted in connection with Pattamundai P.S. Case No.135 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.130 of 2017 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundai.

3. Therefore, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this application for pre-arrest bail and submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

4. In view of such submission, this ABLAPL stands dismissed as not pressed.
