1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.
2. Petitioner in the writ petition, is a defaulting borrower has challenged the action of the opposite party-Bank initiating the process as per the SARFAESI Act, 2002 for auction sale of the mortgaged property.
3. When the matter is taken up, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has settled the loan account by paying the entire amount due towards the Bank and be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
