Heard Mr. N. Lenka, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Rath, learned Counsel for Opposite Party No.3. 3.

Though the writ petition was disposed of vide Order dated 19.10.2022 giving liberty to the Petitioner to prefer an Appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of the said Order, the present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the petitioner for extension of said period by giving him a week's time on the plea that he was suffering from viral fever with effect from 1st November, 2022 and got recovered on 18th November, 2022 and since as per the advice of the treating doctor, he was given complete bed rest, he could not prefer the appeal within the stipulated time frame.

In view of the averments made in this application, the prayer to extend time for preferring appeal in terms of the order dated 19.10.2022 passed by this Court is extended till 5th December, 2022.
