This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed for modification of condition imposed vide order dated 23.08.2022. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been scrupulously obeying the order passed by this Court dated 23.08.2023 and accordingly he is appearing before the concerned P.S. once in a week. Since the Petitioner is facing inconvenience in appearing before the P.S. once in a week, he has approached this Court in the present Interlocutory Application for modification of the condition. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner further contended that the Petitioner is ready and willing to abide by all other conditions.

In such view of the matter, the condition with regard to

// 2 // appearance before the Police Station on every week is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall appear before the concerned P.S. once in a month preferably on Sunday between 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. till conclusion of trial.

With the aforesaid observation the Interlocutory Application is disposed of.
