Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners for quashing of the criminal proceeding in C.T. Case No.10 of 2014 corresponding to Narsinghpur P.S. Case No.5 of 2014 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Narsinghpur on the grounds stated therein and also the warrant of arrest issued against them vide Annexure-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be directed to surrender before the learned court below. In other words, the matter is not pressed on merit instead a submission is made to the effect that the petitioners should be allowed to surrender before the court below in connection with C.T. Case No.10 of 2014 and released on bail with any conditions as that would serve the purpose.

In view of the limited prayer, as above, the petitioners are directed to surrender before court of learned J.M.F.C.,

Narsinghpur in C.T. Case No.10 of 2014 arising out of Narsinghpur P.S. Case No.5 of 2014 on or before 26th September, 2022 and in the event of their surrender, the court shall release them on bail with conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

In the result, CRLMC stands disposed of.
