This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the period of contract (work order) has been over in the meantime, Mr. K.K. Rout, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that when the work was going on, the authority has abruptly cancelled the contract without giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, it is open to the Petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement executed between the parties.

With this aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
