This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Additional Standing Counsel.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that since the offence under POCSO Act is involved in the present appeal, this appeal is not maintainable and the appellant has to file a bail application.

4.

Learned counsel for the appellant makes an oral prayer for conversion of the appeal to bail application. 5.

Registry is directed to convert the CRLA to BLAPL and list this matter thereafter before appropriate Bench. .
