This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 04.08.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that at the time of hearing of the bail application it was not within his knowledge that three cases have been registered pertaining to the same transaction. However, on surrendering it was detected that apart from the present case there are series of transaction. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that the order dated 04.08.2022 is modified and the condition is waived.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 04.08.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
