CORAM:

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
Order No.
01.
2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
3.
The petitioners are in custody since 26.04.202 in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.207 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.213 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned NGN-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 395 of IPC. 4.
It is alleged that the petitioners along with some other persons committed theft of D.I. Pipes and were caught red handed. It is further submitted that the petitioners are local persons and there is no chance of absconding from trial. The D.I. Pipes have been recovered and investigation appears to have progressed substantially.
5.
Having regard to the above facts and the materials on record, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the
petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that they shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. Further they shall appear before the IIC of Tangi P.S. on every Monday at 10.00 A.M. for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the IIC to the concerned Court once in a month.
6.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
