Since on instruction, Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that in connection with the complaint dated 17.03.2022 under Annexure-1 series, Badambadi P.S. Case No.200 dated 13.07.2022 has already been registered for commission of offences under Section 419 of I.P.C. and Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the investigation is going on, Mr. Padhi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
