This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. K. Parhi, learned ASGI.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to grant oil transportation order to the Petitioner in terms of letter of acceptance as at Annexure-2 forthwith and dispose of its representation under Annexure-3 Series.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.2-General Manager, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. vide Annexure-3 Series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3 series and

pass appropriate order as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
