Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the recitals in the I.A., the Order dtd. 07.06.2022 is modified in as much as C.T. Case Number as reflected in paragraph-3 of the order be read as G.R. Case Number and considering the time that has elapsed in the meanwhile the petitioner is permitted to surrender within a period of four weeks hence. Rest part of the order remains unaltered. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the C.T. Case Number appearing in Cause Title as well as in the prayer in course of the day.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
