This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, challenges the inaction of the investigating officer in completing the investigation and filing the charge sheet though the said matter is pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, prays for arresting of the accused and also prays for investigation to be conducted by a independent person such as Crime Branch, CID, CB, Cuttack.

In such view of the matter, the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur is directed to take appropriate steps which will result in
// 2 // prompt investigation in the matter so that the matter can be came to a conclusion at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from today.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
