3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "issue notice to Opp. parties by considering the facts and grounds stated above the selection of M.B.K. (master Book Keeper) in Golaganda Grama Panchayat under C.D.P.O, Banki may kindly be quashed; Further may direct the Opp. Parties to conduct the written test and viva voce allowing all the candidates for fair selection". 4.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-2 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of
