1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Order No.

Appellant has filed the present I.A. for extension of time to deposit the Deficit Court Fee, which was filed on 30.05.2022 praying for two months time to do so. However, by efflux of time, the present I.A. has become infructuous.

3. However, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Appellant prays for three weeks time to deposit

// 2 // the Deficit Court Fee, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter.

4. The prayer is allowed. Three weeks time is granted to deposit the Deficit Court Fee.

5. It is needless to mention here that if the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State fails to deposit the Deficit Court Fee within the stipulated time frame, the matter shall stands dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
