This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the State that during investigation no evidence has been found as to the involvement of these Petitioners; learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application, seeking liberty for the Petitioners to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 07.06.2021 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
