This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. H.K. Mohanta, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Niranjan Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the client has taken away the brief from them since more than 3 years to engage another counsel.

No other counsel appears for the petitioner when the matter is called.

This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 19.02.2010 passed by the opposite party no.2-Director, Elementary Education, Bhubaneswar rejecting the application of the petitioner for appointment under Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.

This application has been dismissed vide order dated 20.03.2015 as none had appeared for the petitioner. It has been subsequently restored pursuant to order passed in CMAPL No. 9 of 2017 vide order dated 01.08.2019. Thereafter the matter had not been listed. In other words, notice has not been issued in the writ application till date.

In view of the long lapse of time, since the impugned order 19.02.2010 was passed, I do not find any reason to interfere to keep the application pending.

The writ application is therefore dismissed.
