Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction as to whether the petitioner has surrenders after the expiry of the period of Interim Bail granted by virtue of the order dated 27.07.2020.

Accordingly, this BLAPL stands dismissed for nonprosecution and Superintendent of Police, Jajpur is called upon to take steps to apprehend the accused if he has not surrendered in the meanwhile. The copy of this order be communicated to Superintendent of Police Jajpur.
